Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

Here is a great post training/game day recovery smoothie.


The main ingredients are the fruits, protein powder and the liquid of your choice. I suggest adding the remaining ingredients and some spinach for an extra nutritional boost. The spinach won't change the flavour of the smoothie, just the colour.


This smoothie can be enjoyed any time of the day and can also serve as a meal.
